Vaglio Watches are covered by a one-year warranty for any manufacturing defects. Wear and tear, mishandling or abuse are not covered on either the watch, strap or buckle. Customers with warrant or return inquiries should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. This warranty is transferrable.
We hope you will enjoy your Vaglio watch for years to come. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, it can be returned for full refund within 30 days. Any watch must be returned unused and unworn and in their original condition and in their original packaging and case, including the receipt. Please use the original undamaged Vaglio packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7 days via the original mode of payment. Please email email@example.com for full instructions.
REGISTRATION + SERVICE
Q: How do I register my limited edition Eterno watch?
A: Following purchase, Vaglio will prepare and forward a certificate for your limited edition Eterno watch, including the owner name and piece number using the information provided at purchase. If you are purchasing this watch as a gift, please include the name of the recipient when purchasing to be included on the registration. If you gift the watch to another individual after purchase, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the piece number and new owner’s name and we will gladly issue another certificate.
Q. What is your recommendation if my Vaglio watch needs service or repair?
A. Our Automatic Watches are powered by a non-proprietary automatic movement and can be serviced or repaired in many locations. We suggest that the watch be cleaned and services at least once every two years. Our Quartz Watches are powered by a battery that will eventually need replacement. In either case, we recommend that only certified watch repair or service center provide the service and that all seals including around the case crown be inspected at that time. Q: How much will I be charged for shipping and delivery?
A: Each order comes with free shipping so there is no additional cost for shipping and handling. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email with details on when additional stock will be available.
Q: Do you offer rush shipments?
A: Our Standard for shipment is 3 days plus shipping time. If you have a special need, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
